Updated and Effective from January 2013

1. Items may NOT look 100% the same as in the photos.
Order only if you feel comfortable with it.

2. We will NOT be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail

3. If in the case that the supplier happens to run away with our money, we will not be held responsible for it
(as our money is gone with it too)

4. Discount codes are only valid for pre-order items and must be keyed in during the submission of the order.

5. Prices are non negotiable.

6. Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the instock item for 24 hours, and payment must be made within this timeframe to secure your purchase.
Similarly to pre-orders, payment has to be done within 48 hours after confirmation email sent or till spree payment deadline.

7. Payment must be received for us to send your pre-orders items to our supplier.
No payment = No order

8. Once you have received an invoice from us, you can pay through POSB/DBS Funds Transfer or Interbank Transfer. iBanking preferred.
Upon receiving your payment, we will confirm your order.

9. All ATM transfers must be notified before transaction and accompanied with a snapshot of your transaction receipt.

10. Delays do happen occassionally and that's beyond our control.
If you can't wait, please do not order.

You may drop us an email and feedback which item you really want.
We may consider bringing in instocks for it. =)

11. No cancellation of orders allowed once payment is made.

Refund Policy

1. We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item received is defected and we are out of stock for an exchange piece.

2. Please understand that items may not be exactly the same as in the photos given.
There will be no exchange/refund if you feel that it's not exactly the same.
If you feel uncomfortable, please do not order.

3. Exchanges must be done within 14 days of purchase date (instock) / 20 days after purchase is sent out (preorder).

4. For refund, we will only refund 40% of the amount first together with postage fee back to us.
We will only refund the remaining 60% after receiving the items back.

5. There will be no exchanges for apparels after wash.


1. Postage prices will vary (depending on the weight).

Normal charges will be $1.50 for the first item.
Subsequent items will be charged at $0.50 each.
SmartPac: $4.20 nett. (Availablility will be advised)

2. Registered mail is always encouraged
(An additional $2.50 flat will be charge top of normal postage).

3. For bulky items (e.g. yukata, luggages)
Collection will only be via courier (TA-Q-BIN) or meetup with a charge of $5
Meetup will be according to my convenience.
